Our event will be held from 29-31 October 2025 at the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel. Perfectly located in the centre of London with Westminster, Buckingham Palace, top musicals and great restaurants all just a 10-minute walk away. Read more.
 
The Registration Fee of GB £850 is non-refundable. However, you may change the name of the delegate up to 10 October 2025.

DELEGATE DETAILS

Delegates must be fully employed by a DigiFreight Member either on a full or part-time basis and not employed by any other company. Breach of this condition will result in the immediate cancellation of attendance with no refund. Only fully paid registered delegates with name badges are permitted to enter the meeting room.

Will your spouse be accompanying you on this trip? 
 
The Spouse Fee of GB £350 includes Welcome & Games Night (Wednesday), Dinner at the Shakespeare Globe (Thursday) and Farewell Party (Friday). Please note that if your spouse intends to join you for lunch please arrange with the hotel directly in order to avoid any confusion or embarrassment.

On Wednesday 29th October we have arranged a Private Coach Tour of London with pick up at 10:00 and returning at 14:00. The city boasts a rich history stretching back over 2,000 years, making it one of the most exciting cities on earth. On this tour you’ll see the major sites, a few hidden treasures with time for photos at your favourites. Our expert guides will bring the city's history to life, sharing stories and fascinating insights along the way.

Would you like to book a seat? If 'Yes' and you are bringing a spouse they will automatically be reserved a seat too and the cost of £65.00 per person will be added to your Registration Fee invoice.
