1. Completing a Grant Evaluation Report

The Grant award from Seafarers UK included the Terms and Conditions attached to the grant. One of the Conditions attached to the Grant Award is that a Grant Evaluation Report will be submitted to Seafarers UK. This online form should be used to provide the Grant Evaluation Report. The Report should cover the grant funded period and provide information on how many seafarers were helped by the grant and how. Seafarers UK is particularly interested to learn about the difference that the grant award made to the lives of the seafarers supported by your organisation.
