The Importance of Training and Developing Interns and Recommendations for the Future.

Dear Participant, As part of my Master’s course, I am undertaking a research project for my dissertation. The title of my project is: The Importance of Training and Developing Interns and Recommendations for the Future. This study will investigate the importance of Managers/Supervisors, investing in the future of an intern’s career by ensuring substantive training and development, essentially promoting employability. The findings of the project will be useful to examine the significance of training and developing interns while carrying out an internship in the workplace. What interns expect to achieve during their internship and how training and development can contribute to an intern’s Curriculum Vitae, ultimately assisting them on their career path. I am looking for volunteers to participate in this online survey which should not take any longer than 10-15 minutes. All information gathered will be strictly anonymous and through this survey process, it will not be possible for you to be identified. You will be free to withdraw from the survey at any point. Please answer the questions as transparently as possible. There are no right or wrong answers and the questions will reflect your own opinion. The information gathered will be analysed and the findings reported in the dissertation. Your feedback is much appreciated and will contribute significantly to the research of this Master’s dissertation.
