Berkeley Research Group (BRG) is carrying out the research on behalf of one of the UK’s leading mortgage software systems providers.

The research is focused on:

• Product sourcing systems and Fact Finds;
• Submitting mortgage applications;
• Post application case tracking.

The purpose of the research to identify the key requirements for mortgage intermediaries in terms of mortgage sourcing and application systems:

• What they do well currently;
• Their current shortcomings;
• Where mortgage systems and technology improvements need to be focused;
• Future needs of mortgage intermediaries.

The questionnaire will take around 20 minutes to complete.

Confidentiality is very important to us.

If you so choose, by not providing your personal details at the end of the survey, you can complete the questionnaire anonymously.

By providing your personal details, including your email address, you will be entered into a Free Prize Draw to win one of three prizes of £250 of Amazon Vouchers and we will also send you a copy of the Survey Results prior to their publication.

Your individual answers are confidential. BRG will not associate your answers to survey questions with you or your organisation. 

While you may provide an email address which we will use to enter you into the Free Prize Draw and to send the Survey Results, the email address will not be associated by BRG with the answers you provide to the survey.

Only aggregated and anonymised data will be disclosed outside of BRG. Only findings aggregated for the total population or by segment may be circulated among survey participants or disclosed to related entities or other third parties (for example, publications such as newspapers and journals). Such segment summaries will not be disclosed in cases where, in BRG's judgment, small sample sizes would compromise confidentiality.
