Thank you for choosing to fill in an application form for the Ingenious Seed Investment Programme. Few people enjoy filling in forms but by finishing this one accurately you’ll be making sure we can get back to you as quickly as possible. This form should be filled in by the company’s CEO or Founder - we want to learn about the management team we will hopefully be working with soon. Before filling out this form, you should know that we only invest under the British Government’s excellent Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS). Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs has a friendly website that explains all about the scheme. It might be a good idea to check it out, especially the ‘How does a company qualify’ section, and ensure yours does. You may even want to seek some independent, professional advice on how SEIS works. Also, please bear in mind our sector focus: media, creative industries and consumer facing technology. We’d love to invest elsewhere, but we just can’t. If you’re seeking funding for individual entertainment projects, please contact our colleagues in our Investments division. We understand that these are your ideas and ideas need protecting. Due to the volume of applications we’re expecting, we can’t generate individual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), but you should know that we will treat what you send us in confidence.
