In February 2024, we asked people who use wheelchairs in Derbyshire, and their carers, about their experiences of wheelchair services. You can read our previous report here.
Since 1st April 2025, Blatchford has been the wheelchair provider in Derbyshire.
In our previous report we said that we would do another survey to see how things have changed. We now want to hear about your experiences.
In this survey, we will ask you about:
- How well Blatchford keeps you informed
- The type of appointment(s) you had and what it was like
- How satisfied you are with the service
We will also ask a few questions about you. These are optional, but they help us understand how different people experience services.
The survey takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback will help us tell the NHS and Blatchford what is working well and what could be improved.
