Knowing Works CIC is working with Suffolk County Council to understand people’s experiences of choosing a care home – whether for themselves or for someone else. We want to hear from anyone who has faced making this decision, so we can help to improve the information and support available to families across Suffolk.
This project will inform a new Information, Advice and Guidance campaign by Suffolk County Council. The aim is simple: to make information about care homes clearer, easier to find and easier to understand — so families can make confident, informed decisions, avoid the need for complaints, and choose care that truly meets their needs.
Taking part in the survey
This survey is hosted by Knowing Works. Only Knowing Works staff will have access to your full responses. You must be over the age of 18 to feedback.
We will not ask for your name or other personal contact information. Any personal information you provide in the survey will be deleted before it is analysed.
It is important to know that things you say may be featured in our final public report. It will be shared with Suffolk County Council leaders, uploaded to the Knowing Works website and shared widely, including on social media. We cannot guarantee that you will not be identifiable by the experiences you describe.
