Frimley & Wexham Maternity Neonatal Voices Partnership is an independent NHS body led by a team of volunteers, working together with health professionals and commissioners to review and contribute to the development of maternity services in Frimley NHS Trust. One of the primary purposes of the MNVP is to collect feedback from users of the maternity service about their birth experiences.
This survey is for individuals who have had maternity care from Frimley NHS Trust in the last two years. If you gave birth more than two years ago, your feedback is still very important to us, so please email us.
We usually collate the survey results every three months and then discuss them with hospital staff so we can identify common themes and share them with staff.
If you would like to make more detailed comments or raise a specific issue about your care please email us.
Your email will be treated in confidence and your details kept anonymous unless you agree otherwise. You can also make an official complaint via PALS.
Please fill in as many questions as you can as your experience and thoughts are important and make a difference to local maternity care. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete unless you choose to write a lot in the optional questions. You can save your answers and return later if you want to.
We are always looking for volunteers to join our friendly team and help us improve local maternity services. We do not collect any personal data on this survey so if you are interested in learning more about joining us please email us.
Thank you for your time and views.
