Healthwatch Isle of Wight is the independent voice for people who use health and social care services on the Island.
We would like to hear about your recent experiences of contacting and using your GP practice, particularly since changes to the NHS GP contract came into effect on 1 October 2025.
Your feedback is important. It will help us understand what is working well, where improvements are needed, and how services can better meet the needs of local people.
This questionnaire should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous, and you will not be asked to provide your name. We may include quotes in our reports, but these will never identify you.
A report of the findings will be published on the Healthwatch Isle of Wight website in summer 2026. The results will also be shared with the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System to help inform future improvements.
