Coffee Connect enables senior public sector and civil service leaders to expand their professional networks and gain fresh perspectives. The service pairs leaders with peers operating outside their immediate organisations to share insights, experiences, and challenges.
We run two schemes; one for Chief Executives and one for Deputy Chief Executives (or equivalent level roles) from eligible organisations. Please review our eligibility requirements before registering.

How the Service Works
- Pairings are generated and shared on a monthly basis.
- You will receive an email introduction to a fellow public sector leader. Matches are randomly generated within equivalent seniority tiers, and we actively avoid repeating past pairings.
- Matched peers arrange their own informal 30-minute discussion via video call at a mutually convenient time.
- A week before each pairing round, you will receive a simple email giving you the option to opt out for that cycle without losing your place in the network.
You can permanently leave the Coffee Connect network at any time by contacting the team.
