The various teams in Quality (Clinical Audit, Clinical Outcomes, Quality Improvement and Data) will be able to provide direction and support for your work, and link to appropriate resources in the organisation to help you manage and deliver the work you are intending to lead.
The nature, shape and frequency of support can be confirmed through the mentoring process. Mentoring support will be provided by skilled experienced subject matter experts in the Quality Team.

Resource can be allocated based upon your need, but may in some cases be rationalised based on:
- An assessment of the probability of the intended work having appropriate stakeholder engagement in your service
- The likelihood of the work being able to delivered to add value for your team and patients within your timeframes
- The capacity in the Quality Team
