Supporting Older Workers in the Workplace - Healthy Working Wales – Employer Survey

Healthy Working Wales is exploring how employers can better support people aged 50 and over to remain healthy, engaged and able to thrive at work. We want to understand, what you, as an employer are already doing; what is working well, where you, as an employer experience challenges; and what practical tools, guidance, training and other support would be most useful.

Your feedback will help us develop practical support for employers across Wales.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Thank you for taking part.
