When speaking with the local community we have heard about healthcare in prison and barriers people may face upon release in regard to continuation of care.
Healthwatch Lancashire is exploring this in more depth and we want to hear your views and experiences, whether you have accessed healthcare in prison or not. We want to hear from you!
Please complete this survey to share your views and experiences on how well your healthcare worked for you when you were released. Your feedback will contribute to a final report including recommendations which we can then share with decision makers. The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
All responses will be anonymous. To protect your anonymity, your individual views will be combined with those of other respondents from this survey and analysed at a combined level. All information given will be held by Healthwatch Lancashire and remain secure and confidential, and will be used in line with the regulations of the Data Protection Act 2018.
