HAF parent/carer survey

The Government has provided funding to local councils to support children aged 4 to 16 who are in full-time education and receive benefits-related free school meals (FSM). This programme, which is called Holiday Activities and Food (HAF), provides children with access to fun activities, a healthy meal, and education about healthy eating.

As a parent or carer who has used a holiday club previously, within Solihull, we would like to ask you your opinions on the programme.
