GMVRU Young People Violence and Harm Reduction Survey

0%

Introduction

Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) and the Greater Manchester Violence Reduction Unit (GMVRU) are creating a campaign to help reduce violence among 13-25 year olds in Greater Manchester.

We have asked a company called Hitch Marketing to do some research for us to help us to develop the campaign.

Part of this research is to talk to people aged 13-25, so we can make sure the campaign works for you.

As a thank you for your time, you will have the option to enter a prize draw to win a work experience placement at Hitch Marketing and/or a £50 Amazon voucher. Please note, separate prize draws will be held for the work experience placement and the voucher. At the end of the survey, you can choose which prize draws you would like to enter.

This survey will take around 10 minutes to complete. Please try to answer as honestly as you can throughout the survey – your answers will be completely anonymous.

Please be aware this survey is about violence. If you have been affected by violence at any time, you can find links to confidential help and support here

*Terms and Conditions
1.The winners of the two prize draws will be selected at random. Each winner has to be a resident from Greater Manchester.
2.The winners can only be chosen from respondents who leave their correct contact details.
3. The winner from one prize draw will be offered an Amazon voucher. The winner from the other prize draw will be offered a work experience placement at Hitch Marketing.
4. 2. Respondents can choose to enter either prize draw or both prize draws.
5.The winners will be chosen when the survey closes, this is currently scheduled for 18th January, but this might change depending on the number of respondents.
6. For the work experience prize draw, the placement will be discussed and finalised with the winner. Duration, time of year and responsibilities will vary based on an individual’s age and interests. If the winner is under 18, they will need to obtain consent from a parent or guardian for the placement. The individual will also need to provide a character reference from a responsible adult (teacher/lecturer, youth worker etc.). We will aim to tailor the work experience to an individual’s interests by providing experience in departments such as; design, digital, research or strategy.
