Online Support for Young People

We're building on our online support at the moment, and really need your help in creating it! It will really help us if you can take the time to fill out this survey how you use online services and what you expect from any support online.

It should take no more than 5-10 minutes and you can remain completely anonymous if you would prefer.

We are doing a PRIZE DRAW for anyone who completes the survey to win a £30 AMAZON VOUCHER - all you need to do is provide an e-mail address so we can let you know if you win.

We're also holding events over the next few months called DIGITAL PIZZA to hear directly from anyone interested in helping us out further. To receive info about these just tick the box at the end!
