New Formats for Coffee

 
As part of a new product development (NPD) module at the University of Nottingham, we are currently developing a new format of coffee.
 
Please only complete this survey if you drink coffee.

We are currently considering producing a coffee gel with a consistency similar to jam. Adding hot water to the gel would produce a cup of coffee.
 
We aim for the flavour of this instant coffee to be similar to that made from freshly ground coffee bean.
