The University of York has established the Institute for Safe Autonomy which brings together the University’s expertise in computer science, electronic engineering and physics. The Institute's brand new facility, which opens later this year, is funded through Research England’s flagship capital investment scheme, the UK Research Partnership Investment Fund (UKRPIF). We have also received support from the Lloyd's Register Foundation and an international network of collaborative industrial partners and private donors.
To support this investment, we are extending our continuous professional development (CPD) / training offer to businesses / industry regulators and would value your input.
