The Association is facing a lot of pressure through increased costs due to rises in significant increases in inflation. We are working hard to minimise the impact to rents through varying ways.
However, we are proposing an increase from Monday 14th March 2022 of up to a maximum of 4.5% on rents.
We want to hear from you and would like you to answer the following questions. You will also have the opportunity to provide any comments you want to give.

3. The Association uses the money from rents to invest back into services and improvements to homes.
We have mentioned that we use rents to continue to invest in new Windows, Doors, Kitchens, Bathrooms and will be developing plans to improve the Environment around your home. These improvements are all funded by income from rents.
One way the Association could look to keep rents as low as possible is to invest less in houses, services and the wider environment in the coming years. How would you feel about this?
