If you had your Young Scot National Entitlement Card (Young Scot NEC) refused as valid proof of age please fill out the form below to let us know. This will allow us to contact the venue and find out why it was refused. We can then work towards ensuring the Young Scot NEC is accepted in the future.

Please note: an out of date card, photograph, or a missing PASS hologram is a valid reason for refusal.  Visit young.scot/card or getyournec.scot for information on updating your Young Scot NEC.
