Healthwatch Wokingham want to hear what caring during the current Covid-19 pandemic has been like, and give unpaid carers in Wokingham a voice. We want carers to tell us what help and support is needed for them to continue their invaluable role.
The responses you give to this survey will be anonymous, and the results will be used in a report, which gives feedback to those who make decisions about health and social care services.
