NHS Procurement in Partnership Language Services Questionnaire

The four NHS Collaborative Procurement Hubs (hereon referred to as the NHS Procurement in Partnership (NHS PiP and/or the Authorities)) namely East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub (East of England), NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP), NHS Commercial Solutions and North of England NHS Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) is issuing this market engagement in connection with the potential procurement to establish a single approach to market to support membership of all four Hubs.  

Electronic Communication
NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative, on behalf of NHS Procurement in Partnership (four NHS Collaborative Procurement Hubs) is utilising e-tendering to manage this project for both pre-procurement and marketplace engagement communication and activity with Suppliers as well as any tender process which may follow this early engagement.

NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative reserves the right to use an electronic auction and the e-Sourcing system we will use is Atamis.

Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Suppliers and all communications with exception of this Engagement and Information Exercise Questionnaire will be conducted via Atamis. Any resulting procurement documentation will be published on the same procurement portal to ensure minimal supplier registration.

The closing time and date for the return of your responses are 12:00pm on 2 June 2023.  Responses received after this date may be considered at NHS PiP discretion.
