ECCI Consultancy Innovation Programme - Business survey 2020/21

Are you a start-up, SME or third sector organisation? Looking for some PhD student support at a low cost? ECCI has just launched  its successful innovation programme again for 2020/21 - the NERC Consultancy Innovation programme. The programme is on the hunt for low carbon businesses start-ups or SMEs and third sector organisations that have a meaningful research project that would be appropriate for a NERC-funded PhD student. With a focus on geosciences subjects, the students' research areas of expertise include: extreme climate events, ecology and epidemiology, carbon capture and storage, land use and agriculture, and behaviour change. All internships are fully funded, with no cost to the business and run from November 2020 - April 2021. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the placements will be conducted remotely. The placement duration from 5 - 10 days over maximum 10 weeks. Please note: internships will not be matched until late November 2020 and all organisations must pre-define their own projects.
