We would like to hear your views on drug and alcohol services in Cheshire West and Chester. Commissioned by Cheshire West and Chester Council, these services are delivered by Via - New Beginnings (previously known as Westminster Drug Project or WDP), a charity offering free, confidential support to adults, young people, and those concerned about someone else’s drug or alcohol use. Support is available through hubs in Chester, Northwich, and Ellesmere Port.
This survey is intended for professionals who support individuals with drug and alcohol challenges, including those working within Via, as well as professionals with an interest in drug and alcohol services.
Your feedback will help us recognise what is working well and identify opportunities to build on our shared strengths in supporting people, families and communities.
The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete.
The closing date for responses is Tuesday 25th November 2025.
