The NHS App is a free app designed to give people a safe and easy way to access a range of NHS services on their smartphone, tablet or device. The same service is also available on the NHS website.
Your answers to the survey will help us understand how people use the NHS App, what works well and what could be improved. We will share the findings from this survey with the people who design the NHS App and make recommendations about how information is provided and how the app can be made easier for everyone to use, whatever their needs.
