Neighbourhood Health Conversation - No Voice Unheard

1. Introduction

Hi, and thank you for taking part in this survey.

West Berkshire is developing neighbourhood health plans to integrate health, care, and community support around local communities, making services more accessible, coordinated, and tailored to residents’ needs.

Neighbourhood health in West Berkshire is part of a national framework aimed at reorganising health and care services around local communities rather than individual institutions like GP practices or hospitals, It aims to bring more care closer to people's homes and communities, focus on preventing ill health, and better join up services across the NHS, local councils, and voluntary organisations.

Healthwatch West Berkshire have been commissioned by Public Health in West Berkshire Council to hear from the residents in West Berkshire about what they would like to see in the new West Berkshire Neighbourhood Health Framework.

There are 6 questions we would like to ask, as your views are incredibly important, and will help shape how Neighbourhood Health develops in West Berkshire and ensure services meet the needs of local people.

Please take a few minutes to answer the questions below. There are no right or wrong answers - we are interested in what matters to you, your family and your community.
