How to Enter

• Choose the category or categories in which you want to nominate your colleague. If you are nominating in more than one category, separate entry forms must be completed.

• Write an account of no more than 300 words explaining why your colleague should be considered.

• An additional account from a colleague or service user / family carer, photographs or video is helpful, but not essential.

• Closing date for the entry forms is Friday 17th July 2026.

• If you do not receive notification that your nomination has been received, please contact: awards@caretech-uk.com

Rules of Entry

• The awards are open to all staff across the entire CareTech group of companies, including all frontline and office staff based in both the UK and internationally.

• All entries are treated confidentially.

• Entries will not be returned.

• Regional Judging will take place mid to end of August 2026. Winners to be announced and celebrated at the Children's CareTech Care Awards Ceremony on Wednesday 23rd September.

• National Winners to be announced and celebrated in November 2026.

Important Points

• Your nomination needs to include a statement of a minimum of 100 words detailing why you think the nominee should win.

• Please only submit a statement of up to 300 words.

• Tell us in your statement how the person you are nominating helps support extraordinary days every day.

• Only one person per nomination – we do not accept joint nominations for any individual awards. For example: for Team Leader of the Year you cannot nominate both John Smith and Sarah Jones together on one form as only one employee can win. You must nominate them individually. Please note that any joint nominations we receive will not be counted.
