Quality Improvement Intermediate (QI level 2) is a training course aimed at those that wish to develop their understanding of QI and learn about the tools to run their own QI project. You don't have to have attended the Intro to QI (QI level 1) course before attending the QI Intermediate (QI level 2) course.
This training is full day (9:30am to 5pm), delivered face-to-face on-site.
