Physics Central: Astrophysics (16-19)
21 May 2024, 5.30pm-6.30pm

This session is for everyone supporting physics teaching and will focus on teaching about logs and exponentials to post-16 students - whether or not they're doing maths! We will be thinking about the common misconceptions and the problems & pitfalls for teachers. We will highlight the topic’s unmissable messages and discuss some possible coaching techniques. And of course, how to make physics inclusive will underpin all we do!
