This survey is for parents and carers of school-aged children and young people (up to age 18, or age 25 with additional needs).
The purpose of the survey is to understand parents’ and carers’ views of Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) in Southend-on-Sea and what support would be helpful.
The findings will be used to help Southend-on-Sea City Council and schools understand what is working well, where there are gaps, and what support parents, carers and schools need to strengthen RSE provision.
This survey is being conducted by SMPL Research on behalf of Southend-on-Sea City Council. All responses will be treated confidentially and reported in an anonymised and aggregated way. There are no right or wrong answers – we are interested in your honest views and experiences.
