As a valued Clarion resident, we would like to invite you to provide feedback on your personal experiences of communicating with Clarion, including any strengths, barriers and areas for improvement. Your feedback will help to shape the way that Clarion engages with its residents.
The questionnaire asks questions relating to the tenancy application process, methods of communication, rental enquiries, repairs and complaints. Most questions are multiple choice, with some opportunities to provide additional detail if you choose to do so. The questionnaire may take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Direct Access Consultancy Ltd are a specialist disability owned and operated agency who will be working with Clarion to analyse the results and recommend improvements. They will only have access to anonymised results.
If you have an access requirement or a preferred method of communication that would support you to complete the survey — such as completing the questionnaire by email—please let Direct Access know and they will accommodate this where possible.
