SQA Visiting Examining 2026 - Alternative Assessment Centre Form

To assist in the preparation for this year's Visiting Examining Performance-Talking and Practical examinations, we would be grateful if you could inform us of any candidates who are presented by your centre, but are to be assessed by SQA's Visiting Assessors at a different centre or venue. Please refer to the list of subjects below.

A separate form must be completed for each subject.

You should not complete this form for candidates that are being assessed at your own centre.
