ACE Customer Satisfaction Survey 2020 - Training Centres

The Apprenticeship landscape continues to change with the steady increase of available Apprenticeship Standards and the final start date for existing SASE frameworks confirmed as 31st July 2020. However, there are still significant numbers of Apprenticeship framework certificates being processed through the ACE system, so it is still really important to us that we continue to support all of our customers and as part of this we invite you to take part in our annual online customer satisfaction survey.

We want to encourage open and honest feedback, so if you raise specific issues or concerns relating to any Certification Body (CB), then we will share your feedback and contact details with them so that they have the opportunity to directly respond to you and discuss the issues raised and work with you to address any ongoing concerns. However, if you wish your feedback to remain anonymous then you do have the option to specify this, as part of the survey, and although your comments will still be passed on to the relevant CB they will not know the actual source. This may mean that it is more difficult for them to address any specific issues that you may be experiencing in your work with them.

By completing our annual survey, you provide us with valuable feedback which helps to inform, direct and improve our customer service and support offer. Therefore, again this year, we ask that you take a few moments of your time to complete this short online survey and give us your feedback.
