The aerial map below shows the parcel of land proposed to be transferred from Blaise Primary School to Bristol City Council Parks and Green Spaces. This is to enable us to grant a lease to Henbury and Rockleaze Football Club.
The change in ownership will not affect current use of, or access to, the land, nor will it have any negative impact on health or quality of life.
Completing this lease will support improved health and wellbeing outcomes by allowing Henbury and Rockleaze Football Club to access significant external funding from the Football Foundation to enhance sporting provision and facilities. These are improvements that Bristol City Council would not be able to fund directly.
