Some people in North Tyneside have said that there is not enough support for autistic people locally. We want to know what you think about autism support and how it can be better. Your feedback will help shape support services for autistic people in our area in the future.

Healthwatch North Tyneside is the independent champion of users of Health and care services in North Tyneside. We will use your responses anonymously to inform decision makers in North Tyneside Council, NHS services and other support providers to improve services.

We will ask about your views and experiences of autism in North Tyneside, including questions about you, diagnosis and support.

If you are over 18, live in North Tyneside and ANY of these apply to you please fill in our survey:
self identified autistic adult
waiting for an autism diagnosis
have an autism diagnosis
exploring autism in relation to yourself

If you are a family member or supporter of an autistic person, we have a separate survey coming soon to ask about your views and experience.

If you would be interested in giving more detailed feedback about your experience, please add your contact details and tick the box at the end of the survey and we will get in touch to arrange a conversation. This conversation can be in person, online, via text or email depending on what you prefer.

At the end of the survey, you will be asked if you want to enter our prize draw, with a chance to win £50 of Love 2 Shop vouchers.
