Liverpool Smokefree Homes Survey

0%

Liverpool County Council has asked Hitch (a research company) to evaluate a new Smokefree Homes programme.

A smokefree home is a home where nobody smokes inside - this includes the people that live there, as well as the people that visit.

This short survey asks about what people know and think about smoking. It will also ask you to look at a campaign about smoke free homes that was run over the summer. Everything you say is private and will only be used to check how the Smokefree Homes programme is going. Your answers will be kept securely by Hitch, and deleted 18 months after the evaluation project ends.

You may have already taken part in a survey like this in June/July. You can still take part in this one if that is the case.

By taking part in this survey, you have the chance to win a £150 Love2Shop voucher and 3 runner up prizes of £50.

The survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete.

Thank you for taking part in our research.
