The Big Conversation on Care

Page 1

Welcome and thank you for taking part.

Adult social care affects all of us, whether today or in the future. This is an opportunity to influence a once-in-a-generation conversation about the future of care.

Healthwatch Sefton wants to hear your views about adult social care and the support people may need to live independently. Your feedback will help inform the Casey Commission's Big Conversation on Care, which is gathering opinions on how care and support should work in the future. Whether you currently use care services, support a family member or friend, work in care, or are simply thinking about your own future needs, your experiences and ideas are important.

You don't have to answer all of the questions just those that are important or relevant to you.
