What’s involved?
Attend 2 FREE half day training workshops (scheduled to take place in evenings) on the principles of customer service. The training is based on the foundations of the globally recognised WorldHost customer service programme and tailored to embrace the culture and customer experience principles Brent Council and local businesses wish to embed within the community.

Apply for the Business Excellence Quality Mark once 50% of staff in your business successfully complete the training and you commit to the Customer Service Excellence Standard. Once approved, you will receive the Quality Mark materials to promote your recognition.
