Healthwatch Bury Veterans Survey

Healthwatch Bury is carrying out a survey to better understand the health and social care needs of veterans and their families living in the Bury area. We want to hear directly from you about your experiences of accessing healthcare, mental health support, social care, housing, employment, and community services.

Your feedback will help us identify what is working well and where improvements are needed. The findings will be shared with local health and social care services and Greater Manchester partners to support the aims of the Local Veterans Strategy, including:


•    improving access to physical and mental healthcare
•    strengthening support for daily living, housing and social care
•    reducing isolation and improving community connection
•    ensuring veterans are recognised, understood and supported
•    making sure services meet the needs of the Armed Forces community
