Examples of evidence that may support the need for a CIA include information relating to the following matters:
- Crime or disorder.
- Anti-social behaviour.
- Noise.
- Public nuisance.
- Litter or street fouling.
- Public safety concerns.
- Problems late at night.
- Pressure on police, council, ambulance or other public services.
- Problems caused by people arriving, gathering or leaving an area with many licensed premises.
Evidence provided should demonstrate that any issues raised are the result of licensed premises in that area.
