Healthwatch County Durham is evaluating the programme of Community Mental Health Transformation which has taken place across the county. The way people can access mental health services changed as part of the NHS Long Term Plan, and we would like to find out how those changes have affected you. This programme does not include Autism, ADHD or Dementia.
In early 2024, Healthwatch County Durham reviewed the progress made so far, thank you if you shared your experience then, now we are carrying out a more detailed evaluation and would love to hear from everyone who receives or needs support around their mental health . We will look at where improvements have been made, what difference this has made to people using services, and where there is still a need for things to improve.
