This form is to register your intention to attend Change Makers' End of Year Celebration on 10 December 2025, 5:00 - 7:30 PM, at Burlington House, London. This event is open to employees in our Change Makers ventures, our Venture Mentors and masterclass facilitators, or individuals in our ecosystem by invite only. 

Please be aware that we will check your eligibility upon receiving this form registering your interest, prior to confirming if you have been allotted a space at this event. If you would like to confirm your eligibility before registering, please contact us.

Please also note that we have a limited number of spaces at this event and spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis. If you find that you are no longer able to attend, please notify us at your earliest convenience so we can allocate your space to another attendee.
