1. Introduction

It is vitally important that we all help to control the spread of the COVID-19 virus, as Bristol tries to recover from lockdown. COVID-19 infections are now rising again, and this could lead to a local lockdown in affected parts of the city.

The purpose of this short survey is to understand your concerns and what guidance and support you need to help stop the spread of the virus.

It will take just a few minutes to complete. It covers COVID-19 testing, how a local lockdown might affect you, and how you feel about having to wear face coverings in certain places.

We want to hear from as many people as possible from all parts of Bristol.

Please be as honest and open as possible. All information you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can skip any questions you do not wish to answer, but please make sure you click through to the end of the survey and click ‘Finish Survey’ on the last page to submit your answers.

Don’t forget – there is up-to-date information and support here. There is more support, including for people experiencing domestic violence here

Thank you for your help – every voice matters.
