Defined Contribution Pension Scheme Member Engagement (Charity / Not-for-Profit Sector)

1. Introduction

The Charities Pensions Club (CPC) is gathering benchmarking data on Defined Contribution (DC) pension scheme member engagement within the charity/not-for-profit sector.

Recent discussions with our members have highlighted the lack of specific benchmarking data for our sector, with existing information from providers often being generic market data only.

This survey is for charities/not-for-profit organisations only.

It is free to participate in, and all data will be anonymised and aggregated in the report results.

It should take you no longer than 20 minutes to complete. If you do not have data for any of the questions below then answer 'n/a'.

Further information about our privacy policies can be found here.

The deadline to complete this survey is 1 May 2024.  ** DEADLINE EXTENDED TO FRIDAY 3 MAY **

Results will be shared by the end of May 2024.

Given the importance of pensions, this survey aims to understand how engaged this sector is. We look forward to sharing the results with you.
