About this survey
This survey is about your experiences and thoughts on community pharmacies (also called high street pharmacies, chemists or just pharmacies). It does not include hospital pharmacies or dispensing GP practices. By sharing your views and experiences, you will be helping the local NHS to learn how it can improve awareness, understanding and use of community pharmacies in Hertfordshire.
