Survey for NHS Children, Young People, Families Website

0%

We are the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. Our services support children, young people, and their families across the two counties.

Our services include support for emotional wellbeing and mental health. You may know some of these as CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services). We also work closely with other organisations. Such as Melo, and offer digital support through apps like Lumi Nova and Kooth.

We carry out ADHD and autism assessments for young people. We work with local councils to support people in schools and other education settings.

In Worcestershire, we also deliver the 0–19 Public Health Nursing service. This includes health visiting, school nursing, and early years support. We also run children’s community therapy services. Such as; physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, special school nursing, and community paediatrics.

We want your views on our website(s). This includes how you find out about us and access support. We also want to know what content you would like us to include. Your feedback will help us to improve our website.

This survey is anonymous, which means we won't know who has said what. We will ask you some questions about you, this is so we can understand if adults and young people, or staff and parents like accessing information in different ways. We won’t use this information for any other reasons.

The survey will close on Thursday 31st July at 5pm.
