If you are a carer in North Tyneside, aged over 18, we want to hear from you.

Tell us about your experiences as a carer in the last 12 months to help improve support and local services for carers. Your views and feedback are important as they will help improve services for carers across North Tyneside and shape the work of North Tyneside's Carers' Partnership Board.

The survey asks you about your experiences as a carer, and the places you have accessed information and support during the last year. This is the third time we have conducted this survey  and we are asking many of the same questions that we asked in 2021 and 2023 so that we can see if things have changed over time. You can leave some questions blank if you want.

The survey is being conducted by Healthwatch North Tyneside, working closely with North Tyneside Carers' Centre, North Tyneside Parent Carer Forum, PROPS and other members of North Tyneside’s Carers Partnership Board.

The results will be shared with key decision makers in North Tyneside.

Your views and feedback will be stored safely by Healthwatch North Tyneside and will be shared anonymously. Please see our Privacy Notice www.healthwatchnorthtyneside.co.uk/privacy-policy/ for more information. You have the right to opt out or withdraw.

The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete, and you could win a £100 voucher of your choice.

If you need help to complete this, want a paper version of the survey or have any questions please ring 0191 2635321, e-mail info@hwnt.co.uk or message 07712564117.
