About Cavell 
Cavell champions the wellbeing of nursing and midwifery professionals, providing tailored support, recognition and advocacy that empowers them to thrive and continue delivering exceptional care to patients and families. 


We do this through a range of services and initiatives, including emergency and hardship grants, wellbeing support, information, advice and signposting, alongside programmes that celebrate the contribution of nursing and midwifery professionals and champion workforce wellbeing across the professions. 


About this survey 
This survey explores the wellbeing of nursing and midwifery professionals across the UK, including the impact of stress, financial wellbeing, physical health, workplace culture, technology and access to support. 


Your experiences and views will help Cavell better understand the challenges facing the professions today, identify opportunities to improve wellbeing, and shape future support, recognition and advocacy work. 


The survey should take approximately 20-25 minutes to complete. 


Who can take part? 
This survey is open to registered: 

  • Nurses
  • Midwives
  • Nursing associates 


who are currently working, or have worked within the last two years, anywhere in the UK. 


Confidentiality 
Your responses are anonymous. 


By completing this survey, you consent to your responses being combined with those of other participants and analysed for reporting purposes. Survey findings may be published in reports, campaigns, presentations, social media, media activity and other communications. 


Any quotes used will be anonymous and will not be attributed to you personally.

Some questions cover topics such as mental health, stress, financial difficulties and personal wellbeing.

At the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win our £250 shopping voucher. 
You will need to have a valid NMC Pin to be eligible for this prize. 


The prize draw is managed through a separate form to ensure your contact details cannot be linked to your survey responses.
