Introduction
This survey is in two parts...
1) Part one is about early years and funded entitlements.
We want to hear from you if you have children aged 0–4 about your current childcare (including any term-time or school-holiday provision) and future childcare options. Tell us how you are using or will use Early Years funded entitlements, including 30 hours for eligible working parents.
2) Part two is about Wraparound Childcare.
We want to hear from you if you have children aged 5–14 years (or up to 25 years with special educational needs or disabilities, SEND) about your current and planned use of wraparound childcare.
Wraparound is childcare that ‘wraps around’ the conventional school day, - including before and after as well as school holidays. It does not refer to school-delivered themed clubs, like for example, football clubs, netball club, arts club etc.
We will also ask about your experience of using the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme, if applicable.
The survey should take 10 minutes to complete - and your feedback is really important to us.
