The draft Bristol Co-living Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) sets out a range of design principles and other guidance to make sure future proposals for Co-living development plans can demonstrate how they would meet policy aims.
The draft Bristol Co-living SPD is formed of an introduction and four key sections:
1. Mixed, balanced and inclusive neighbourhoods
2. Design Quality
3. Management plans
4. Planning application information
Each section contains key principles, organised by chapters, which outline how the co-living development should meet Bristol City Council policy standards. Each principle is numbered and titled and contains a toolkit demonstrating the different ways the principle can be met.
